HOT HALVES

Hot Halves offer the most cost efficient and easiest way to integrate hot runner systems in injection molds. Power input connectors (Male or Male & Female) fitted on the top side of Hot halves and it is pre-wired and ready to bolt directly to cavity plate, it is thermally and electrically tested for convenience.

Clamping Plate, HR Manifold Spacer Plate / Liner Plate, Hot tip Nozzles Holding Plate, Hot runner Manifold with Hot tip Nozzles, Manifold’s Spacers, Center Locator, External- J’ Type Thermo couple and Power input Connector(s) with Connector Box(s).
